A complete restyle of your dog's coat, tailored to their breed, coat type and individual needs. Includes a bath & blow-dry, a full brush out, coat preparation, styling or trimming, hygiene clipping, nail clipping and a spritz of perfume to complete the groom. Sessions are one-to-one — your dog is the only one in the salon throughout. Typical appointment time is 2–3 hours depending on breed and coat condition. Only natural, chemical-free grooming products are used. Suitable for all breeds from 6 months of age.

Designed for dogs with double coats or those prone to excessive shedding. This treatment removes loose undercoat to reduce hair around the home, improve airflow through the coat, and support healthier skin. Includes a specialist de-shedding bath and conditioner, a high-velocity blow-out to lift dead coat, and a thorough brush-out. Suitable for Labradors, Golden Retrievers, Huskies, German Shepherds, Border Collies, and all double-coated breeds. Recommended every 8–12 weeks. Sessions are one-to-one throughout.

A bath and blow-dry is ideal for dogs who need a freshen-up between full grooms, or for those kept in a natural coat or trimmed at home. Includes a bath using our natural, chemical-free shampoos and conditioner suited to your dog's coat type, followed by a thorough blow-dry and brush-out to leave the coat clean, fluffy, and tangle-free. Suitable for all breeds and ages. Typical session time is 1–1.5 hours. Nail clip available as an add-on. Sessions are one-to-one throughout.

A puppy introduction session gives young dogs their first positive experience of grooming before it ever becomes stressful. We gently introduce puppies to the sounds, smells, and sensations of the salon — the bath, the dryer, the brushes, and careful handling — at a calm, unhurried pace. Sessions typically include a light bath, dry, and tidy, with the focus entirely on building confidence and positive association. We never rush a puppy. Available from 12 weeks, once vaccinations are complete. We strongly recommend a puppy introduction before your dog's first full groom — it makes a lasting difference.

Regular nail clipping is an important part of your dog's health and comfort. Overgrown nails can affect posture, cause pain when walking, and lead to joint problems over time. We work carefully and calmly with dogs of all temperaments, including those who are nervous about having their paws handled. Available as a standalone appointment or as an add-on to any groom. We recommend nail clips every 4–6 weeks for most dogs, though this varies depending on activity levels and how fast their nails grow. Sessions are one-to-one throughout.

Emmi-Pet is a professional ultrasonic teeth cleaning system that keeps your dog's teeth and gums healthy without vibration, scraping, or discomfort — most dogs barely notice it. The system produces ultrasonic waves through a specialist toothbrush head, breaking down plaque and tartar painlessly at and below the gumline. No anaesthetic is needed, and the treatment is safe for dogs of all ages. Regular sessions help prevent dental disease, one of the most common health issues in dogs. Can be added to any groom as a spa upgrade.
-
Our spa upgrades let you add a little extra to any groom or bath appointment. Available add-ons include deep conditioning treatments for dry or damaged coats, paw balm application to soothe and protect dry or cracked paw pads, and Emmi-Pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning. All products used are natural and kind to sensitive skin. Spa upgrades can be added to any full groom, bath & blow-dry, or puppy introduction session at the time of booking, or requested on the day. Ask us what we'd recommend for your dog's coat type and condition when you book.

We use carefully selected natural, chemical-free grooming products. Our founder Ella has a dog with environmental allergies, so product choice is something we take seriously — every product is chosen with sensitive skin and allergy-prone dogs in mind.

A puppy introduction session is a gentle first experience designed to get puppies comfortable with the grooming process — the sounds, the smells, the tools. It typically includes a bath, dry, and a light tidy, and focuses on positive association rather than a full groom. We recommend this as a puppy's first visit before booking a full groom.

This depends on breed and coat type. Doodles and Poodle crosses typically need a full groom every 6–8 weeks. Double-coat breeds (Labradors, Huskies, Golden Retrievers) benefit from regular de-shedding treatments every 8–12 weeks. Short-haired breeds can go longer between grooms. We're happy to advise on the right schedule for your dog at your first appointment.
