A puppy introduction session gives young dogs their first positive experience of grooming before it ever becomes stressful. We gently introduce puppies to the sounds, smells, and sensations of the salon — the bath, the dryer, the brushes, and careful handling — at a calm, unhurried pace. Sessions typically include a light bath, dry, and tidy, with the focus entirely on building confidence and positive association. We never rush a puppy. Available from 12 weeks, once vaccinations are complete. We strongly recommend at least one puppy introduction before your dog's first full groom.
